PICK UP YOUR HELIUM TANK
On the day of your rental, go to the party store location that you selected. At time time you can add the balloons and accessories that you will need. The store will have you complete your payment and will supply you with the rental tank your ordered.

TAKE THE TANK AND PREPARE FOR YOUR EVENT
Keep in mind the lifespan of inflated helium balloons to decide whether you need to use Hi-Float. As a general guideline, 11-inch latex balloons typically stay inflated for about 8 hours without Hi-Float when filled and used indoors under ideal conditions. We always recommend inflating a few balloons a day in advance so you can gauge how long they will last in your specific environment.

RETURN EQUIPMENT
Return your helium tanks and inflator within 3 days of pickup. Be aware of the late return charges and conditions under which you may lose your security deposit.
